In March 1994, Eileen Rehberg & I traveled to Chiapas, Mexico, right after the Zapatista uprising. As human-rights activists, we visited Chiapas several times, visiting besieged villages and accompanying survivors of the paramilitary massacre of 45 persons in Acteal.
